EVENTS related – terms & conditions

1. Access to our events are available on various different ticketing platforms. Terms & conditions of the respective platforms apply.
   
   
2. All attendees must carry a valid government-recognized photo ID for identity and age proof, such as an Aadhar card, driver’s license, or PAN card. In case of an event serving alcoholic beverages, only individuals of legal drinking age will be issued an LDA band, which permits the consumption of alcoholic beverages by that specific individual. Drinking regulations are in accordance with the laws of the state where the event is being held and we are not responsible or liable on this behalf in any manner whatsoever.
   
   
3. Attendees may be videographed, filmed, photographed, and/or sound recorded by the Event Organiser for purposes inter alia of broadcast, publication, advertisement, marketing, or security while at the event. All such media will be owned, controlled, displayed, distributed or broadcast by us in our discretion without any further consent being required to be taken by us on this behalf from the attendees.
   
   
4. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is deemed to be acting in a disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate manner, without any refund.
   
   
5. The event organizers are not liable for any cancellation, delay, or change in the schedule due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, weather conditions, or other emergencies.
   
   
6. By attending the event, the ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, artists, and all associated personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the ticket holder’s actions or omissions during the event.
   
   
7. The event organizers, venue owners, artists, and all associated personnel are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, lost or stolen items, or any other loss or harm incurred by attendees.
   

EVENTS RELATED – SECURITY & LEGAL RULES

1. By securing access to our events, you acknowledge and accept that attending a music event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, property loss or theft. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the event and will not hold us liable or responsible on this behalf in any manner whatsoever.
   
   
2. We are not liable or responsible for your health or safety and by entering the venue and participating in the event, you do so taking into consideration your own health, safety and physical ability to attend the event.
   
   
3. We enforce a strict no-drugs policy. Possession, consumption, peddling, or selling of narcotics or other illegal or banned substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal and police action.
   
   
4. Consumption of illegal or banned substances, whether on or off the premises before attending the event, is strictly prohibited. Security procedures & frisking remain the right of the venue & management.
   
   
5. No forms of violence, aggression, theft, sexual harassment, molestation, homophobia, or racism will be tolerated at the event and the management reserves the right without any liability accruing to us or the management to remove from the venue anyone found indulging or suspected of indulging in such behavior.
   
   
6. The event organizer is not liable for any medical conditions resulting from consumption of alcohol or any controlled substances or any adverse effects arising therefrom, including allergies caused by food consumed by attendees.
